Nominations are called for young individuals under the age of 25 who have demonstrated outstanding contribution to, and / or an outstanding achievement in, the arts and cultural life of the community through actions which encourage, enrich and inspire others over the past 12 months and/or over a number of years.
Nominees have provided the contribution on a voluntary basis or exceeded the normal
requirements of the their paid work.
